What & Why GRIT?

Grit is passion and perseverance for long-term and meaningful goals.

It is the ability to persist in something you feel passionate about and persevere when you face obstacles. This kind of passion is not about intense emotions or infatuation. It’s about having direction and commitment. When you have this kind of passion, you can stay committed to a task that may be difficult or boring. Grit is also about perseverance. To persevere means to stick with it; to continue working hard even after experiencing difficulty or failure.

In our unique GRIT program, the participants will get exposed to valuable GRIT characters for life and career success through sport and physical activities. A variety of mini-games and mental exercises such as puzzles, quizzes, with multiple exciting and competitive group activities. These team challenges will get the participants up and jumping, thinking, communicating and collaborating all at the same time.

All activities are carefully designed to build on the 3P GRIT characters in order for participants to understand these values simply by playing and having fun.

After each exercise, FOCUSED EXCLUSIVE debriefing group sessions from expert facilitators helps participants capture all learning objectives from each session. Besides listening, the participants will have the chance to actively discuss and evaluate their experiences in order to apply in real life.
